Workshops

We hold three principles dear to holding successful workshops: adopting a creative, making spirit, embodying ideas and changing perspectives. Our sessions are fruitful and highly enjoyable experiences.

Workshops

If we want to find something new and potent we need to approach things differently.

We therefore devise dynamic, fresh and relevant approaches to the workshop process. We believe that the key to quality thinking is rooted in the dynamics of group working relationships.

We often work experientially to immerse ourselves fully and build our capacity to imagine, invent and action ideas together.

Our workshop offer spans:

  • Co-creation with consumers
  • Claims and demo development
  • Concept development
  • ‘Safaris’ and consumer connects
  • Interactive debrief sessions
  • Sequential recycling
  • Road map development
  • Team dynamics and development
  • Professional development and leadership
  • Problem solving and personal development

Co-creation:

Co-creation involves working directly and collaboratively with consumers and experts, alongside the brand team and relevant agency partners. This helps us to articulate and produce often creative, always meaningful output – based on sound consumer insight.

We devise dynamic, fresh and relevant approaches to our co-creation process. We often work within the framework of our ‘dynamic arc’ of the creative process and story building.

                                                        Context – Conflict – Conclusion

  • First we establish the context for our behaviour, attitudes and key needs.
  • Next we explore the conflict and tensions that mean current solutions are unsatisfactory.
  • Finally, we work towards a conclusion – where future design is optimised.

Using practices drawn from the arts and design, we encourage development of a ‘studio’ environment, where we can:

                              Improvise – Shape – Prototype – Try out – Break – Re-make

Our invited experts and consumers help us to develop, disrupt, prod and test new thinking and ideas.

Our co-creation workshops span a wide range of needs:

  • Claims development
  • Demo development
  • Team dynamics and development.
  • Product/concept development
  • Comms development
  • Brand road maps/re-positioning

Collaboration, creativity and skills training:

We also deliver bespoke training programmes or one-off sessions around team building, creativity inspiration and qualitative research methods.
